WLS 890 AM, Chicago Morning Host Ramblin’ Ray Stevens Kicks Off “The 12 Strays of Christmas,” Highlighting PAWS Chicago Pets in Need of Forever Homes This Holiday Season.  Every day for 12 weekdays starting yesterday (12/5), WLS 890 AM morning host, Ramblin’ Ray Stevens is featuring on-air and on social media a PAWS Chicago pet that’s available for adoption. PAWS Chicago is a no-kill animal shelter for homeless pets.  Kicking off the parade of adorable, adoptable pets was Finley, an energetic and playful three-month-old puppy with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging! With soft, fluffy fur and floppy ears, he’s always on the move, ready for a game of fetch or a snuggle on the couch. Stevens tells TALKERS, “We call them rescues, as if we are saving them, when in fact, they are actually saving us. Nothing will ever love you like a shelter pet.”
